In Wilsum, Lower Saxony, once a renowned textile centre near the Dutch border, WKS Textilveredlungs-GmbH was founded in 1963. A team of professionals offers the entire range of WKS services on 18,000 sqm: raw material and trim logistics, quality assurance and accompanying laboratory tests, fabric repairs, finished product inspections and reconditioning or repairs, laundry and dry cleaning, logistics for online shops and returns processing, as well as innovative concepts for second-hand and rental models. The accredited laboratory operated jointly with the Eurofins Group in Wilsum can conduct various physical and chemical laboratory tests.

With WKS Hungary, we have been providing a central logistics hub, especially for Eastern European production sites, since 2005.

For many years, WKS has been offering European customers access to a (still) relatively unknown procurement market with quick connections to European seaports and attractive commercial opportunities at the location in the Dominican Republic. The main focus of operations is running a laundry and dyeing facility for denim products and garment dyes. The service offer includes also supervision of garment production and quality assurance services. At this location, we are operating a repair centre for customers based in the US.

In Talmaciu, WKS operates a laundry and dyeing facility as well as a large-scale repair centre, offering various subsequent services for final production, including storage and shipping.

Turkey has been one of the significant near-European procurement markets in the clothing industry for many years. In Istanbul, we have been offering our customers fabric inspections and accompanying laboratory tests, finished product inspections, and the commissioning of fabric and finished products for many years.

At our facility located in Tunis, we have been providing on-site and in-line inspections of finished garments according to AQL standards since 2019. The WKS is based under the same roof as Meyer & Meyer logistics, facilitating a quick and straightforward integration of inspection services with storage and transportation.
